Fees and Payments
Payment is expected at the time of your visit unless you have Medicare or another participating plan. Please check your provider book to determine if we are participating providers in your health insurance program. Co-payments are due at time of service. This is required by your insurance contract.
Our billing office will make every attempt to assist you with your account. If you have questions about your account, please contact us.
It is very important for you to understand your insurance coverage. Reading through your plan before your visit will prevent misunderstandings.
